Weak convergence theorems for symmetric generalized hybrid mappings in uniformly convex Banach spaces

‎In this paper‎, ‎we prove some theorems related to properties of‎ ‎generalized symmetric hybrid mappings in Banach spaces‎. ‎Using Banach‎ ‎limits‎, ‎we prove a fixed point theorem for symmetric generalized‎ ‎hybrid mappings in Banach spaces‎. ‎Moreover‎, ‎we prove some weak‎ ‎convergence theorems for such mappings by using Ishikawa iteration‎ ‎method in a uniformly convex Banach space.

Fixed and coincidence points for hybrid rational Geraghty contractive mappings in ordered $b$-metric spaces

In this paper, we present some fixed and coincidence point theorems for hybrid rational Geraghty contractive mappings in partially ordered $b$-metric spaces. Also, we derive certain coincidence point results for such contractions. An illustrative example is provided here to highlight our findings.

In this paper, we prove a fixed point theorem for a pair of generalized weakly contractive mappings in complete partial metric spaces.
